AP Pro32 comments about Ravens
NEW YORK (AP) Comments on the Baltimore Ravens by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
Chris Berman (ESPN, 9) - Should we start to wonder?
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 15) - Firing Cam Cameron was no quick fix. Joe Flacco's seat is red hot.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 8)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 14) - Three straight losses, this team has a major identity crisis on offense.
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 14) - Jim Caldwell gets no closer to solving the Ravens' myriad offensive problems than Cam Cameron. Six days after Cameron was fired, Caldwell's offense looked no different in a blowout home loss to the Broncos. Giants up next at home.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 8) - The 9-5 Ravens are starting to fade with a three-game losing streak. Two of the losses have come at home to Pittsburgh and Denver.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 12) - After what we just witnessed, it's fair to ask if the Ravens can win another game.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 11) - That cloak of invincibility at home has been ripped apart this month.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 8) - The Ravens are headed in the wrong direction and have to turn things around if they want to win in the post season.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 10) - The Ravens are 9-5 but are they unraveling? The defense continues to lose starters to injuries and John Harbaugh's decision to part ways with offensive coordinator Cam Cameron when his team was 9-4? They are now 9-5 and we shall see.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 10) - Qualifying for the playoffs is the only good news lately for the injury-ravaged Ravens, who have lost three straight and are fading fast.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 10) - They're in the playoffs, but have lost three in a row and could be limping to the finish line.
