Miami's Ferguson done for the season

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) Miami Dolphins nose tackle Jason Ferguson is out for the season with a quadriceps injury.

Dolphins coach Tony Sparano on Monday confirmed the decision to place Ferguson on injured reserve and said he wasn't sure if Ferguson would need surgery.

The Dolphins (5-5) face the Buffalo Bills (3-7) on Sunday. The team had a light workout Monday, which was not open to the media. (MORE)
